Redundant Reaction Remover

This process is used to remove "redundant" reactions from stoichiometric networks. If two or more stoichiometrically equivalent reactions are present in a network, this process considers all but one of those reactions to be redundant. The first such reaction is left in the network, but the others are removed.

Here is the set of keywords this process understands, along with a description of their possible corresponding values. See the command line documentation for more information about keyword-value pairs.

Required Keywords Possible Values
Process Redundant Reaction Remover
Reaction File The name of the FBA Reaction File containing the chemical reactions.
Output File Name The desired name of the output file. See FBA Reaction Files for further information.
