public final class FluxCapManager
extends FbaManager

This class is used to manage flux cap processes. Flux caps are used to compute Mahadevan-Schilling flux intervals.

getCycles

Opens the file denoted by CYCLE_FILE in the provided manager input and returns the list of cycles it contains. This file must be a column-oriented map input file.

Parameters:
input - the input containing a value for CYCLE_FILE.
out - the print writer to which a status message will be printed.
fluxome - the fluxome in which the cycles are contained.
Returns:
the list of cycles contained in the file indicated by CYCLE_FILE in the provided input.

getRequiredKeys

public UnmodifiableSet<java.lang.String> getRequiredKeys()
Returns the set of keywords the provided ManagerInput object must contain.

Returns:
the set of keywords the provided ManagerInput object must contain.

getOptionalKeys
