Mann-Whitney U Test

This process is used to perform Mann-Whitney U tests. This is a nonparametric test used to compare the means of two samples A and B. If the size of the larger sample is greater than 20, an approximate t-value is also computed. All results are written to stdout.

Here is the set of keywords this process understands, along with a description of their possible corresponding values. See the command line documentation for more information about keyword-value pairs.

Required Keywords Possible Values
Process Mann-Whitney U Test
Sample A File The name of the file containing the values of sample A. See Numerical Value Files for further information.
Sample B File The name of the file containing the values of sample B. See Numerical Value Files for further information.
